Transpersonal Psychology
Mindfulness-Based Therapist (MBSR), Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork Coach

I learned yoga, breathwork (Pranayama), and the art of meditation and contemplation as a young child and grew up practising regularly. My passion for meditation, mindfulness and yoga deepened into adulthood and became a source of internal peace and flow.

It has always been a goal of mine to bridge the wisdom of the Eastern, contemplative practices that I grew up with, with the knowledge from classical Western psychology. Mindfulness-based practises bring these two great traditions together in a radiant and enriching way.

My focus is to fully embody these practices and pass them on as tools that can be used in everyday life. I have an open mind and heart and believe in limitless possibilities. I love to laugh, be grateful every single day and see the beauty in small things. I love what I do.
